The salon itself is a small space that feels somewhat crowded. It could use some interior design improvement for a soothing & refreshing experience and for better space ventilation :). Positive: Quality, ValueThis is the third time I’ve had my hair cut at Hot Heads- I still love it! The vibe is always great, my hair always comes out how I want it to, and you can tell the stylists really enjoy their jobs. (Oh and did I mention they have free coffee, tea, and water for clients?!) The prices are phenomenal as well, especially when you not only account for a quality job, but the years of experience of most of the staff! In need of a fresh new style, or just a trim? This is the third time I’ve had my hair cut at Hot Heads- I still love it! The vibe is always great, my hair always comes out how I want it to, and you can tell the stylists really enjoy their jobs. Positive: QualityJames is my longtime friend AND has been working on my hair since before he even graduated from school. He’s EXTREMELY talented and very professional. ALL of the staff is friendly, funny, professional, and really know what they’re doing. I wish I knew all their names, but Lisa, James, and the whole Hot Heads staff are very vivacious, wonderful people and they are all multi-talented when it comes to hair.
