Just got my hair cut here the other day and it went really well for an affordable price! I called and made an appointment (it wasn’t busy when I went though) and Thuy cut my hair. She evened out my hair (I had cut it at home to a bit past shoulder length) and gave me long layers, face framing strands and thinned out the ends, and I think it looks great! She made sure she was doing what I wanted throughout the process and asked me questions before cutting.

Somehow the worst place I’ve ever managed to get my hair cut. I have gone in twice to get my haircut here and both times I have left with the most uneven and choppy haircut that doesn’t even remotely resemble the photo I showed. Haircut

This place is an absolute joke. I went to take my son to get a haircut, but was told they only take cash do to payment system being down. Then was told the are booked until 5:30 when it’s completely empty inside. Funny how they have appointments but no option to schedule appointments. Total joke will never go there again Haircut

Went in with my daughter to get our hair cut…I went there on a recommendation. Walk in and was nicely greeted by a woman at the left station cutting hair. JoAnn walks up to the counter no hello, no good afternoon… “do you have an appointment?” I looked around and asked do we need one? She said well yeah! NO where inside or outside does it say by appointment only! The person that gave me the recommendation always walks in for a haircut! I said thank you I’ll go somewhere else.. she said okay.. then I start walking to the door my daughter said she wanted to stay ( she’s an adult) we discuss it and JoAnn hears us and says ‘it’s fine, I can do your hair. I told her no, I’m good. My daughter got hers cut and it was a terrible cut! I’m a cosmetologist, yes I could have cut our hair, we wanted to go together and have someone else do it just for the experience as she was home visiting! I’ve never had such rude service from a hairdresser. I didn’t tell her I was a cosmetologist because I wasn’t going to make a scene. But just some advice JoAnn… if you want clients, take a course in customer service, treat people with respect and humbleness as you are a service to otherd! Take a refresher course in hair cutting, and fix your damaged hair! I will NOT return nor will I recommend anyone to this place!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI normally don’t do reviews but I felt this one was needed. After over a year, I convinced my kid to get his hair cut. Normally, he goes with his dad and this time I went along. I think her name was Deb she was the red head in there at the time. She wasn’t friendly to begin with. I specifically showed her a picture of what we wanted and she didn’t even come close. She literally butchered my kids hair. Before I said anything I asked my kid if he liked it, he said yes. I had my husband take him outside while I paid. I told her the only reason I’m paying is because he likes it and let her know if she didn’t know how to do the style she should have said so. That it was nothing like the picture. She said once it dried it would be. It wasn’t! After we left, my kid said he didn’t like it but there was no point to say anything since it was pretty much cut off already. He usually has Alisha cut his hair but my husband did not realize she was in there at the time. Absolutely love this place!! Tucked away in a corner, I had no idea they were there. Was looking for a safe practicing salon to go for a cut and this was the place! They book by appointment only right now and have a max of four people allowed in right now. That was important to me as I have health problems already and can’t risk carelessness. They were extremely respectful and fun to talk to. It’s not often that I will talk while I get a cut but this woman was just wonderful. I will definitely be returning for any future cuts.
