I have gone here twice today I got my nails done by the male tech and he was so ruff, not only that he only measure two of my fingers, after leaving my coworker pointed out that my middle fingers were completely off and not by a little. After that grabbing my things from work and leaving not even 3 hours later my thumbnail bubbled up and started peeling. I want to give him good star review because the girl before did amazing and my coworker got another girl to do his nails yesterday and she did amazing. I just don’t see why he had to be so rough to the point where my nails were burning, my nail polish is peeling off not even 3 hours later, and one of my nails are so off that you can tell without them even being by each other.

This was THE WORST manicure I have ever had. I was seated in seat 10 and I don’t know if he was new or what but he didn’t ask me what I wanted and just started. He didn’t ask what shape I wanted and just gave me coffin. None of my nails are the same length. They are lumpy. When he finished filing he just put the nail polish on with out having me wash my hands. Instead he brushed them off super aggressively with a hard bristle brush that’s mean for scrubbing. After he painted my nails super rushed he put the top coat on and then FILED THE TOP COAT. So now one of my thumbs is rough in a spot. I would also like to add that I am not picky with my nails but this was ridiculous. Not once did he stop to ask if it looked good or if I liked it. When he was all done I was able to look at them and see that I had a bunch of lumpy polish under my nail and had my boyfriend pay before I was able to look at them. This was ridiculous and it needs to be fixed. He was incredibly rude to me as well

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! I used to love going to hot 10 but they have been the worst nail salon lately. I went not even 20 minutes ago. The lady had to be new or just didn’t know what she was doing. I warned the girl about a cut I had on my finger she ended up making me bleed. I was in seat 6 tonight… and I have 2 crooked nails. Then she had the audacity to tell me that’s just how my fingers that my fingers are crooked and not the nails. Also my nails are shaped poorly. I do not think I will be going back and will be seeking business else where when I can hey the quality nails I want and not these!!!!!!! I’m generally not picky or judgey but this was horrendous!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I gave this place another chance after they really messed up my nails and took me a long time to get them back to normal, and they completely sucked. The girl kept pushing my cuticles back with her fingernail over and over, I got them done not even a week ago and they look like I’ve had them for 2 weeks already, my cuticles are very bad and dry, one nail is already popping off. I will never go back here. Here are some pictures of what my nails look like, and it hasn’t even been a week yet

Julie was willing go stay late just to accommodate my schedule and this was my first visit. She did a fantastic job on my nails for a pink and white full set. Best set I’ve found around town and fairly priced. I was also able to get a pedicure at the last minute and I had them doing my pedi and nails at the same time, so friendly and kind. Definitely happy with my experience and will be back for Julie. Thank you for being so kind to stay late just for me!

Walked in within two minutes I was in the chair for a pedicure my feet were so dry. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing I came home and took a two hour nap so relaxed. Loved my manicure as well I plan on going back

I am so pleased with this salon! Today my friend and I walked in for pedicure and manicure, it was wonderful. We got the most basic ones and it felt luxurious! They really took their time, were friendly, and so considerate. My manicurist (Tee) would paint one nail and ask just to make sure I liked the color on. My friend is quite sensitive, and her pedicurist ensured she was comfortable all the way through. He was so fun to talk to, too. We recommend it, it was great!
