This place has always been great regardless of the service I get. Haircut, pedicure, massages. I’ve gone with several masseuse and each one very good. Strike that, I had one bad masseuse but I could tell she was new. I had to give her ample feedback so that I could get a decent massage. But every stylist I’ve tried is top notch. They understood my requests, was honest about whether or not they can give me the style I want with my hair type. I appreciate that honesty.

Very underwhelmed with my hair and the service. I was charged extra because I have longer, thicker hair. It was never mentioned when I booked the appointment. The stylist informed me half way through that my hair would simply not curl and that his blow dryer would need more heat for my hair type. I feel like for a $75 blow out he could have done a little more (used straight iron). He just told me matter of factly that he couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. I think he just really wanted me out of the chair in a certain amount of time…I guess if you have longer, thicker hair don’t go there? Waste of money for sure. I’ve had better results at Dry Bar.

Don’t ever go to the first available appointment. That was a disaster haircut/coloring for me ever. She butchered it I don’t remember her name…short blond woman she was new and my tint was so dark… To top it off my vacation to Vegas was the next day! I used to like this place but not anymore. I should have stuck with Miko he’s the best there for color!!

After showing what I wanted done to the stylist I was scheduled with, she was very honest with me and told me another stylist would be of better fit to give me the result I was looking for.I really appreciate her honesty and she handed me over to Katie. I came here to get my curly hair cut by Peppers! I have never been in a salon before or had my hair cut professionally so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and she really listened to what I wanted. My hair turned out perfectly and the whole time I indeed felt totally pampered! Love the place! I always wait until my hair really bugs me before I go somewhere to get it cut. And it usually takes a couple weeks or more to get into the nice places, of course. But I called Hoshalls and the nice male receptionist got me in for a cut the very next day. I met Kitty and she took such great care of me and my messy hair. She is so sweet and she gave me a really great bob haircut. Already scheduled my next appointment, which is so unlike me!

She frequently checked with me to make sure the length, layers, and bangs were what I envisioned (since I’m an introvert and don’t always speak up in an appointment, I especially appreciated this). I showed him two different styles for reference photos and he went with the style that he said best suited my features. He was absolutely right! I showed him two different styles for reference photos and he went with the style that he said best suited my features. He was absolutely right! My most recent masseuse was Lisa, but honestly I have had others and they have all been amazing. I have never had a bad massage here. I feel so relaxed and amazing when I am done. I have never had a bad massage here. I feel so relaxed and amazing when I am done. Rebecca is AWESOME!! My hair was a bit over processed and my old stylist was not cutting it. I had a consultation with Rebecca to see what, if anything, could be done to repair my hair. She educated me with a lot of information that my former stylist never took the time to go over with me. She was slightly overbooked on the day of my appointment, but she remained calm and professional during the entire process. Never made me feel like she didn’t want to be taking so much time with my hair and didn’t cut any corners to accommodate everyone. She was very organized, juggling myself and her other clients with her assistant. Overall, my color and haircut was fabulous and I will definitely be going back.
