Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was specifically looking for a place that offered medical weight loss options if need be (prescripton medications). I called and asked the receptionist if that was offered there. She said she “honestly didn’t know” and said “They probably keep us in the dark about that because it’s sort of a medical question.” I should have known I was being lied to just to get me in there for the free consultation she offered – which I went to. While I sat in the waiting room a woman tried to sell me on some restorative hand lotion and gave me a book to look at on before and after results of the skin care line she was selling. When I got into my consultation, I was informed that they don’t offer medical weight loss options. Literally the only thing they offer is a $400/mo Keto plan which consists of you doing a keto diet and taking the pills and shakes they sell. Because it’s a “natural” clinic they don’t offer medical weight loss despite offering botox, fillers, etc. Which is fine – Just would have liked for my question to be answered honestly up front instead of wasting my time. Would have been more comfortable not having a lady trying to sell me stuff in the waiting room especially when it was totally unrelated to why I was there. I was specifically looking for a place that offered medical weight loss options if need be (prescripton medications). I called and asked the receptionist if that was offered there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have so much more energy since starting my treatments at hormone health. And noticed a definite increase in libido as well. It does take a little bit, but it works. Before I was tired all day and cranky as could be. Now I feel like a new woman. My husband and I both go. 1000% worth every penny.
