This was easily the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The woman doing my nails cut my cuticles until they bled on four of my fingers. The shellac polish didn’t fully cover my nail bed so it looked like my nails were unfinished. Then, after a week my shellac started chipping on some nails, but because she roughed my nails up before the shellac (which I’ve never had done elsewhere), I can’t get the shellac off and have to go to a nail salon to have it removed. I will never use this nail salon again.

Have appointment or won’t get in. Had appointment and never on time. Seem to hurry through to get to next customer. Polish chips, only cause they hurry I think.
