Moved to the area and went here three times and 2/3 timesI left with an infection.. I’ll say that the nail techs did a great job in terms of the aesthetic look of the nails (pedicure and gel manicure). I got a pedicure once and started noticing fungus a few weeks later (it didn’t click that it was because of this place). Then a week ago, I got my gel manicure and the next day got paronychia on my middle finger (painful and pulsing and not a good time). They’re also on the pricier side and you would think that they would take the necessary safety precautions… I’ve never had problems at my past salons so safe to say, I’m not coming back to Horizon…

Overpriced for lower quality work. I got a gel refill and the shape is way off. Makes my nails look wide and bulbous. Charged me $10 extra for a vertical gold line painted on top of the base color. Could over look $10 extra for such a simple design if each and every line wasn’t crooked. Not going back.

Great atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend Ashley, this is my 2nd time getting my nails done with her!!! Completely satisfied, her work is like no other, it’s amazing and lasts for weeks. Thank you Ashley , also when it comes to setting up your appointment or last minute cancelling, they are very flexible and understanding. Very clean place and they are so attentive to customers needs. Prices are very reasonable for the service they provide.

So many nail salons around… but Horizon is definitely the BEST around. BOTH female and male staff are ALL professionals, friendly (remembers you!), laugh and joke between themselves. The lady owner is a good boss who makes sure she has happy staff who in turn are happy professionals doing a splendid job. Thank you.

I used to stop by for my ME time when I am in the neighborhood. Mainly for the back massage. Last week, found out they got rid of the massage chair, so I lean on a cushion, not comfortable. Tried again this week sitting up but worse because now I am putting all the pressure on my neck. It is a shame because David does a good massage. Unfortunately, I tried twice and dont think I will continue to support their business.

I was referred to Horizon Nails by a friend and yesterday was my first time going to this salon. I had such an amazing experience that I had to leave a review (which I never really do!) As soon as I entered the salon, I was greeted and felt very welcomed by all the staff. Kelly did my pedicure first and she did a phenomenal job. She took her time with my my nails and gave me such an amazing foot massage. I asked for a French pedicure and it came out perfect. She then followed me to the manicure chair and even gave me a shoulder and back massage, and I was pleasantly surprised. Next, Ann did my gel manicure. I asked for pink and white ombre nails with rhinestones, and she also did a phenomenal job! My nails came out exactly like the inspo pic that I showed her and she took the time to make it look just like it. After my manicure, Ann also gave me a shoulder and back massage. I felt so pampered after my visit and I will definitely be coming back again. This is by far the best nail salon that I’ve ever been to, 5 stars!

Excellent service, very friendly, good massages and attention. It is expensive but I was happy with the result. until today, 15 days and my gel nails are colorless and broken, my toenails are broken too. Very disappointed
