Terrible customer service. I didn’t get what I wanted at all. Not even close. I asked for a dirty, dark blonde and they colored my roots brown and BLEACHED the rest of my hair. It was orange and looked awful. Then they wouldn’t offer me a full refund, only a free service to “fix it”. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I went there with my friend and the people there was very nice and polite.they were awesome employees they listened to what kind of hair style you wanted and that is what you got and when they got done with your hair it was gorgeous I had to look at my friend 3 times to make sure it was her . Everyone there keep up the good work I give you a 5 STAR rating
