Please never go to hope salon. They are theif. They charge me $40 for refill. They posted 25 for regular and 35 for design, but I just get simple nails and color. Ethan was the guy who done my nails. He shorten my nails without asking me how long I want. I told home to do round but he did not listen. Hate this place. It’s my bad that after reading the negative review I visit to that place.

I could have done a better job myself and I am not hard to please. My pedicure was less than 12 min long . Lisa was my nail technician. I was never rushed out of the salon like this before , I was the only one there and it’s not like they were busy, they were doing each other’s nails. She used a cheese grater on me (which I didn’t even need, my feet does not have dry scaly skin she could have just filed it) , she did not let me soak my feet and was doing everything on dry which hurt like hell, no massage at all just put a lotion on my legs and left it like that , I questioned her if she is gonna let me soak first , her answer was “ one second” and proceeded with using cheese grater on dry .. I used hope nails salon before and wasn’t pleased and decided to give them another chance, never again. I wouldn’t recommend it an enemy. It was 12 minutes of torture. Came home and had to re-do it, my nail polish was all messed up! It’s a shame, since I live in a neighborhood I could have been an every 2 weeks loyal client!

Stay away! Beware of fraudulent double charging and very poor customer service, with a bad attitude. Check your receipts, because they are double charging and incorrectly quoting services. I spent money in this establishment and the attitude was as if the services were free. It is 2022 and very poor treatment towards non Caucasian customers is still occurring, do not patronize bias businesses.

Hope is amazing and all of her employees are wonderful. I’m always well taken care of and my nails have never looked better. Hope had me try the powder dip for my nails 2 years ago and even with being very hard on my hands and nails, I always get a good 3 to 4 weeks out of them.

Used to come here all the time, and I loved it. However, I took a pretty long break from getting my nails done and decided to go back, I had very high expectations from my prior experiences, but oh boy were my expectations wrong. First they had me wait over an hour for me to get someone to start my nails even letting other walk ins go before me. I don’t mind waiting but that was a bit excessive. Next I asked for short coffin shaped nails, instead I got very squared off and uneven nails. Next my nail tech kept going back and forth from a pedicure to me which was incredibly annoying and seemed very unsanitary to me in my opinion. She also missed spots so my nails look very very patchy looking and they seem unfinished and when I asked if she could go over it again I was ignored. Also one of my nails seems to be lifting up already and it’s only been THREE DAYS. I will be going to a different salon tomorrow to get this fixed, and I won’t be returning.

Mary is great. I got a gel manicure for the second time ever and she was gentle and my nails lasted for 3 weeks and didn’t peel. I’ve gotten them done before and after at other salons and they’ve started to peel after the first week.
