Thank you, Paty for these beautiful French tip nails. I was stunned by the way they came out along with the massage and patience there was along the way. The service was amazing. Everything was so clean, well kept and very organized with the clients appointments. I do have to say that I was impressed by the new owners of this place. Lucy was very welcoming to me and others who came and also respectful/helpful to her workers. Lucy and her partner Jessica always made sure that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

I never post negative comments but please don’t waste your time coming here for dip powder. Not sure about their other services but I went here for a regular mani/dip powder and it only lasted a day before my nails started peeling and cracking. I was told they used a new top coat and that they would fix it so I went back and got it done again only to have my nails chipped again two days later. This is is so upsetting since it’s the holiday season and I have limited time. Not only was the job terrible they charged me $10 more than my original place which they gave me a different price when I initially called and when I got there they unprofessionally told me it was a mistake and they were charging more. I should’ve waited an extra day since my place was closed but got desperate and tried this place out. Please don’t go here. These pics were taken today, literally less than a week from my first visit and 3 days after they “fixed” the issue. If you get dip powder, you know it lasts way longer than gel, approximately 3 weeks and even longer at times.

I visited hope nails today I think I have had the best experience in terms of service, quality, hygiene and a beautiful vibe to this place I must say. Lucy was very kind and welcoming and suggested the right things for my nails. I love the colour and the shape all in all a wonderful experience for me.
