I arrived with middle back and lower back pain, I was expecting just a message but what I received was much more. First it was explained to me that this was health and wellness not just a normal message; it was explained to me that there would be deep tissue and stretching. The experience was very different than any other messages I have ever received; when I left all my lower back pains and middle back pains were gone. You can get your deep tissue message how ever you like it but man the deep was awesome. Weeks have gone by and I still feel great. I will definitely be back, this was a great experience for me.

Best massage I’ve ever had!!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would!!! Krista knows the body and knows exactly what it needs. She found and relieved issues that I didn’t know that I had. She then gave me stretches and exercises to help me prevent future issues and strengthen muscles that need to strengthened. Wish I was closer and could see her more often!!!
