I want to sue. This is my honest review. I went to do manicure and pedicure. I could say that lady messed up my finger. I told her I will do clean only. She cut the side of my nail very deeply. When I came home it’s painful and very bad. Two days I was not able to done kitchen chores. I would say please don’t go their. Please

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOut of all the salons i have been to in queens, this one had the friendliest techs. The ladies were so nice and welcoming once you entered the salon, unlike other places where they dont even say hi and have nasty attitudes. Brenda did my nails and she was amazing. She took her time on my hands and feet and did such an amazing job. Out of all the salons i have been to in queens, this one had the friendliest techs. The ladies were so nice and welcoming once you entered the salon, unlike other places where they dont even say hi and have nasty attitudes. Brenda did my nails and she was amazing. She took her time on my hands and feet and did such an amazing job. I was very happy to have found a place in which everyone was sweet.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueFrom all the great reviews, this place was a disappointment. I came there and waited over an hour after I called asking if they did gel pedicure and manicure. When the lady finally greets me after waiting an hour she tells me I’ll have to come back tomorrow because the lady that does the powder isn’t here today. Very inconsiderate. From all the great reviews, this place was a disappointment. I came there and waited over an hour after I called asking if they did gel pedicure and manicure. When the lady finally greets me after waiting an hour she tells me I’ll have to come back tomorrow because the lady that does the powder isn’t here today. Very inconsiderate. I’m sorry but I would give this place better stars because my hairstylist Shauna is great and funny but the other workers are horrible. None are friendly….they all give you a stank look dont smile like as if they never heard the word customer service. Two women literally made gestures at each other while looking at me. Nah I’m good. If you want a good sew in or braids or retwist come for Shauna but the rest can kick rocks.
