I decided to try Honolulu Nail on the recommendation of my friend. I walked in & told them I wanted a pedicure. The lady doing the manicures told me to go to the other side. I did as instructed & was told where to sit. There were 2 others getting their feet done. The worker filled the basin with water & I put my feet in. My feet sat in plain water for over 20 minutes. I took them out & placed them on the area above the basin. The workers watched & said nothing. After about 3 minutes, a worker comes with a book for me to choose my pedicure. I told her my feet were in pain water for over 20 minutes & I needed her to bring a towel to dry them off. The worker got a towel & attempted to hand it to me. I looked at her and said no the least u can do is dry my feet off. She did, barely, & I went to the lady doing the manicures. She asked me had I changed my mind. I told her what happened & asked 4 the owner. She talked with the other ladies in their language & just looked at me, so I left. I’ve been getting pedicures in this area for a long time. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST visiting this business for anything.
