This facility came recommended to us under all black professionals list… I’m sorry to say my wife is freakn dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. The hair had a harsh smell to it and shed when it was combed. The tracks were cut in pieces from what my wife showed me…. As a man I don’t know anything about hair but just wanted to make her happy! After I told her how much I spent there.. she lost it….. please if u plan on buying hair from this place please unroll the hair….. black woman do not play about hair… my wife ended up selling it back to the company…. So I bought my wife some hair as a surprise for her birthday…. I spent 700.00 in change expecting good quality …. This facility came recommended to us under all black professionals list… I’m sorry to say my wife is freakn dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI made an appointment and paid a $150 deposit. There was a situation that prevented me from getting what I really wanted, so I asked for my niece to take my appointment and the funds be applied to her due, I was no and she would have to pay a new deposit. Which made absolutely no sense and seemed greedy also not mention on the website.So I was blessed to have someone buy me some hair to be sewed in. I made another appointment.Got the place and it was closed. I waited a few minutes cause I was early, 20mins go by so I text as instructed on the website. The owner replied and asked what appointment and she did not know about it.Then asked what kinda hair I wanted. I told her I had my own hair. She said that she does not install other ppl hair that I had to buy from her. This was also NOT on her page.So she said she was going to call one of her stylist that would do it and she was going to call me back.I waited patiently for almost two hours. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND THEN SHE STARTED IGNORING MY CALLS.So I asked for a refund and we could just leave everything be. No reply.I drove 45mins to get my hair done, wasted time gas, money, daycare fees all for nothing. To be lied to and stole from.Ppl like this is why it’s hard for us to support our own.No remorse or respect for the clients. The ppl that fund your life style.Lil need to say I will be filing suit. I made an appointment and paid a $150 deposit. There was a situation that prevented me from getting what I really wanted, so I asked for my niece to take my appointment and the funds be applied to her due, I was no and she would have to pay a new deposit.
