Sara’s communication is the absolute worst. She has hired a front reception and I thought the communication would improve but it has not. You will either have to call numerous times to get a response or she will complete ghost you. Sara likes to say she has over 800 messages on her cell phone ( give me a break) and that’s why she misses your call or text. I’ve never seen a busy run so poorly. I’ve given them 3 chances. Do not recommend. Her packages are too expensive to not be able to get in and actually redeem them
