Critical: ProfessionalismThe salon itself is cute and welcoming and the woman (can’t remember her name, been there about 4 times) was kind as well. I’d say the reason for my low review is because she’s out of town a lot and never really has the time to fit you in. With a service like lash extensions, you need to have a regular schedule. With what little time she does have I’ve found out that she fills it with her friends and people she knows really well, so that pushes out some of the newer customers. The last few times I tried to book her, she’d tell me she’d have availability, ask where my lashes were at (what needed to be done) and if I was needing a fill, she’d claim to have just got booked up, push me so far out to where I’d need to get a full set. I found that very annoying.
