Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was wanting to get my hair cut for the summer for awhile now. I walked in, got greeted right away and was told that the next available appointment wasn’t for another 2.5 weeks, which was fine with me. The nice lady took my name, phone number, etc. and set up an appointment with Kathy for me. Got my cut yesterday, and she did an amazing job! I am absolutely in love with the length and weight. I was wanting to get my hair cut for the summer for awhile now. I walked in, got greeted right away and was told that the next available appointment wasn’t for another 2.5 weeks, which was fine with me. The nice lady took my name, phone number, etc. and set up an appointment with Kathy for me. Got my cut yesterday, and she did an amazing job! I am absolutely in love with the length and weight. The scalp and neck massage felt really good, too!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAppointments mean nothing to this place, even if you are a previous customer. If you are a favored customer then no worries for you. I spent $250 on my hair for my last service here and adore Chanel Larue as she is VERY professional. The owner, Cheane, is not. I had already received confirmation text and confirmation email of my appointment for the next day. Cheane texted me canceling my appointment for the next day. Interestingly enough, they have appointment cancellation policy if I were to cancel under 24 hours. Instead of rescheduling me ahead of all the appointments that were made AFTER my scheduled appointment I was offered a date more than 2 weeks later. As if that isn’t enough, I was sent a text from her telling me to “just be kind.” She wished me luck in search for a hairdresser and accused me of never having a service with them. WOW! So again, if you are a valued customer you obviously have nothing to worry about, but if you are someone who spends $250 in one sitting at this place and try to give them more of your money for their services don’t expect to get treated well. I spent $250 on my hair for my last service here and adore Chanel Larue as she is VERY professional. The owner, Cheane, is not.
