I am in love with how my hair turned out! Sarah was so sweet and so easy to work with. After my color processed, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry, I realized it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Sarah worked with me and did the entire process all over again in the same appointment. After the second time, it was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!

I went to Taylor for a couple of years now, even before she went joined Honeycomb. She always did a nice job with cutting my hair and then I started having my hair colored and highlighted. My problem with Taylor is that over the course of my doing business with her, she has had a real problem with keeping my appointments. I have been rescheduled 50-75% of the time. I work and it is difficult to rearrange my schedule last minute because she needs to reschedule me. I have never rescheduled on her. One time I forgot to change my rescheduled appointment on my calendar at work, and I showed up for my original appointment at Honeycomb to see Taylor sitting in a chair getting hair extensions put in her own hair. I was shocked! She would repeatedly seem to rush me through my appointments, because she was always in a hurry. She would only want to do root touch ups and not the scheduled highlights every third visit. In January, she texted me a few days before my scheduled Saturday morning appointment, saying that she needed to reschedule me. She offered me a Friday afternoon appointment at 3:30 pm. I accepted that new time because I really need my hair colored, but then a couple hours before my appointment she texted me again. This time she said she hurt her elbow and could still keep my appointment, but that she would not be able to dry or style my hair afterward, because of her elbow. She said I could use her tools if I needed. Well my appointment was for a root touch up and highlights. How was she going to use foils in my hair if she couldn’t blow dry my simple bob and do some messy waves? I told her that I would need to reschedule. This was it for me, I found another hair salon and already had my hair colored and cut and I love it! I would not have posted a negative Google review if it had not been for the fact that she sent my husband a passive aggressive text firing both of us as clients. The reasons that she stated were that she needed steady income and had bills to pay. She acted as if she was a victim here, instead of taking responsibility for her immature and unprofessional, chronic habit of rescheduling almost every single appointment I made. I was an easy client to work with, I have a simple bob that I usually style in messy beach waves. I have never complained, even when she couldn’t cut my hair in an inverted bob. She would always manage to chop off the length in the front when she added the layers. I bought over priced products from her because I felt sorry for her. I also tipped $40 for a $75 root touch up. I’m not rich, so that is a big deal to me. I would have switched to another hair dresser in the Honeycomb Salon, because during the course of my visits I watched them do really beautiful cuts and color jobs on other clients, but I did not want to cause any problems between the stylists. This review is just for Taylor and does not reflect on the other stylists or the Salon. I wish them the best of luck.
