I only gave this salon a 2 star rating because my hairstyle was cute but I’ll never visit here again. I scheduled a 7am appointment w/ Ms. Latefa for my wedding the next day however I didn’t leave the salon until after 5pm… that is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I even told the stylist when booking my appt that i was getting married the next day however she still act shocked/surprised when i told her it again once i was in the chair… Finally When I got to the salon, there was a client in the chair, a client under the dryer, & a client waiting with me. & then someone walked in a little after me, & was seen before me. This stylist apparently has poor Time management & poor customer service ..

Really nice experience with the stylist that did my hair. Loved my hair, had to take out our because when I reached back out for a touch up, I was ignored. Truthfully I don’t think this shop wants to do biracial or white hair at all. I know the owner sent me to her other stylist, I was told it’s was because I’m biracial. All in all very nice people, and the hairstylist that did my hair took her time.

The owner is not respectful of your time. What’s the point of making an appointment to only get seen two or three hours afterwards. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and she doesn’t know my name still !!! I’ve tolerated it for two long because she does good work but the wait time is unbelievable. The last two ppl I suggested to her complained of the same thing and the style wasn’t what they wanted but looked okay. I was embarrassed, my last visit is exactly what it is. Thanks but no thanks. I have things to do and places to be and that’s not in your salon all day!!!

Love this place!!!! Best prices and stylist! Stavia is my favorite but every one is great! I had an experience where I went to a salon in charleston and spent over $150 for the same style honey bee gave me but better and cheaper! Being from New York I’ve always spent $$$$ on my hair but now i found a salon that does the same for less and just as good!
