Critical: QualityAfter being there for 2 hours soaking for my pedicure, was finally given a pedi with a man that did a great job, but then a woman took over the painting job, sub-par to say the least, I also needed a fill with gel polish, and am VERY disappointed at how sloppy and quickly they were done. The artwork is cute, but the sloppy paint all over my cuticles, the lopsided fill, and uneven filing , overshadow what could have been a great job. I will not be returning. After being there for 2 hours soaking for my pedicure, was finally given a pedi with a man that did a great job, but then a woman took over the painting job, sub-par to say the least, I also needed a fill with gel polish, and am VERY disappointed at how sloppy and quickly they were done. The pedicurist was rough and the manicurist cut me a few times when I told her that my cuticles was thin. When I asked why my nails was not turning out how I expected, I was told. “I know my job”. Management NEVER HERE after my acrylic nails were on **even though I asked for DIP or Gel** went home my nails were BURNING/HURTING I couldn’t even text my husband. I had to drive a HOUR BACK the next day to get them taken off they wouldn’t take them off Lannie said something was wrong with my body because my nails were burning. I had to get loud for them to take them off not professional at all my nails looked like a middle schooler did them. Terrible. Management NEVER HERE after my acrylic nails were on **even though I asked for DIP or Gel** went home my nails were BURNING/HURTING I couldn’t even text my husband. I had to drive a HOUR BACK the next day to get them taken off they wouldn’t take them off Lannie said something was wrong with my body because my nails were burning.
