I have never experienced this before! I have been going to this place for almost 6 months. Today, they did not let me leave the salon until I leave a tip of at least 15%. I paid $86 for the service and I tipped the girl $10 because I was not happy with the shape of my nails, pedicure was not the same as usual and I felt rushed the whole time. The receptionist grabbed a calculator and showed me that I have to add $3 more. Is this something normal?Anyway, I’m definitely not returning to this place.
