Ken and Chloe run an impressive, tight ship at Honey Bee. It is consistently clean as well. Get an appointment by calling, they always answer. Otherwise, you may wait 15-30 minutes if they’re busy (because they’re that good). If a nail breaks or chips, they’ll fix it. Chloe does an outstanding job with nail art. & designs. They keep up with the latest nail trends and typically have all the supplies & colors to mimic what you’re looking to do. Ken has been doing my SNS/dip manicure for over a year and a half every 3-4 weeks. He makes them look natural and does them so quickly, they last me a long time. I have received SNS manicures & gel pedicures from other techs in the salon and they have all demonstrated the Honey Bee standard for quality and consistency. If you are rude for no good reason, give them grace go somewhere else. They have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness and I absolutely love that about them.

I got a dip powder manicure from Honey B yesterday, and I am so happy with it. I called ahead to make and appointment, and they were able to fit me and my friend in within the hour. The staff was so personable and nice, and they did a great job on my nails. Not only did they make sure I was happy with the length, shape and color multiple times throughout the process, the manicure is so smooth and even. I’ll definitely be going back!

This place is amazing. I’m fairly new to the dip process but everyone here is so patient with me. This last time I felt more confident and looked up some designs and landed on a purple and pink ombré. Although this was outside of the selections available in store, they looked at my picture, picked out the color, and made it come to life. I love it. Everyone in the store works as a team and are super friendly and customer oriented. Love, love, love this place. I’m hesitant to post this because it will make them more busy and harder to get an appt or walk in, but they deserve the kudos. Thank you for the awesome nails.

Do not go here. I get my nails done religiously but went here with a friend trying to meet in the middle. Two different technicians did my mani and pedi. My toes were nicked in multiple places during the gel polish removal, which you know burned through the rest of the treatment. Then three days later the polish is coming off on my big toe nail. My mani polish looked great when I left but the top coat was peeling off by the following day. I went by the store and they offered to fix them but I don’t want to waste another hour and a half on mediocre service that might not last again. I requested half of my money back so I could go back to regular salon and they denied my request. Don’t waste the $100 or more and/or the hour and a half to go here.

So I went in at about 5:30 to get a manicure (dip) and pedicure. The pedicure was fine. However when I got home and looked at my dip manicure it was so chunky and on top of my cuticles. I tried filing it a bit but it was just so bad I had to call them. I am going on vacation tomorrow so I didn’t have a lot of extra time between now and when I leave. I called at 7:45 which was 15 minutes after they closed. Ken answered and told me to come in and he would fix it. He not only fixed my nails but stayed until 9pm making sure I was taken care of. Thank you ken for great customer service!

DON’T GO! TOO BUSY TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. They turned my daughter away even though she had an appointment and this was for her first day of high school! My wife and daughter went in to schedule an appointment for the afternoon and specifically said my daughter wanted nail art (based on review pictures they saw).

When I entered the salon, I was ignored. Another customer walked in, was immediately waited on and was not asked if she had an appointment. I was finally approached and asked if I had an appointment. I said “no but your sign says walk-ins are welcome.” The staff member then indicated in so many words that they were too busy. He did not ask me if I wanted to make an appointment for another time. I said okay and walked away. I was immediately shocked by the staff member’s disregard for my presence and his very poor customer service. It was very clear he did not want me in his shop.
