I havent gotten my nails done in awhile and I chose a fall theme to bring in the new season. granite the lady worked very hard I left with questionably thick nails and paid extra for kindergarten detailed art on one nail that was supposed to be a leaf. you decide for yourself pics provided. also staff were friendly and place was clean also included stock photo of what I wanted

The pedicure itself was very good but the service was terrible! I was there for almost two hours because they were each working on more than one customer at a time. The water my feet were soaking in got cold while I was waiting, and once they were done trimming and cleaning my nails I had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come out and put polish on them. Of course that person had to leave the customer whose nails she was doing too. Ridiculous. I would not recommend coming here unless you have a few hours to hangout.

i’ve had my nails done here several times: each time, it’s taken close to two hours to finish my acrylics as they keep switching people (i.e the woman doing my nails will suddenly get up and start working on another person) and they don’t honor the appointments they set. i called and was told to come at one 1:30 and it was 2:15 before i was even given the polish options. they have a toddler running around and loudly watching youtube, and a baby that screamed and cried the entire time- eventually they handed the child to a customer getting acrylics and left to work on someone’s pedicure! i have never been unhappy with the quality of their work though.

Positive: QualityThe older woman did a great job, articulate and thorough but she did not smooth calluses or file the foot or heel. When I asked about it, they said there was a seven dollar up charge to do calluses. I never had that happen before with a pedicure and I won’t go back.Service: Pedicure

Critical: QualityAsked for round nails, got oval. 3 pedicures, got #3, only 1 got the full package, 2 pedicures did not, technician was extremely rough, hitting back of legs with foot scrubber, used a pumice stone on top of feet, package #3 included hot towel wrap 1 person got that. The other 2 did not. I asked for a nail soak, did not get it.
