Boo on this place. I had an entire day planned for self pampering and I was excited to use my gift certificate my husband lovingly gifted me for Christmas. I called ahead, asked for an appointment, said they’d put me down for 3pm the following day. I had my day set. I showed up 5 minutes early, pulled out the gift card, then explained I had an appointment for 3pm. He took one look at the gift card, looked over at the other employee then both declared that it will be a 30 minute wait…I reminded them that I made an appointment and they just kept repeating “30 minute wait, you come back.” (Umm that’s not how appointments work). I was so annoyed that I never plan to go back and gave my GC away. I wasn’t going to let it ruin the rest of my day so I took what would have been my cash tip and dropped it in the massage chair in the mall and I can guarantee you that was a better massage then I would have gotten at this place.
