My son and I got our haircut here and this lady with long hair and glasses was very rough with our son . Kept pushing him . She was very angry cutting my 3 year old sons hair . Also we told her that was enough that she didn’t have to keep cutting his hair but she didn’t stop cutting it and cut his ear and neck . She also cut the back of my head . Everyone else was accomadating and kind . She was the only rough and angry there plus the horrible job she did on his hair.

Went to this place so my 1 y/o could see me getting a haircut and hopefully freak out less. Got butchered by Becky, very uneven fade, her old corded clippers were whining/ struggling to cut and pulling my hair. Didn’t even bother to let my son go next. You roll the dice with any barber, just a heads up to stay away from Becky!

Store is clean and staff is friendly, and price is equivalent to what other places charge for same level of service so it’s fair. I’ve noticed that not all staff can cut at the same quality. So, you have to take the risk and try a different hairdresser if you didn’t like your last haircut. I did try a few of them and even one hairdresser did a great job the first time but then the second time my haircut looked uneven as if she was not focused at all.

I called ahead of time to let them know my son has autism and if they are trained. I was told everyone was trained but my husband said when they went in the staff didn’t seem aware he had autism. Not a great experience with the haircut because it took a long time and they ended up just shaving it. I understand he’s hard to work with but we’ve never had this issue at snip it’s. They’ve always been able to manage to cut it properly.The place was packed as well which wasn’t a good fit for us.
