Do not cut your hair with Arturo. Asked him for a trim, showed him how much hair I wanted cut off as well, yet he still went to town on my hair. Even showed the dude a picture to make sure I didn’t want it so short. On the phone almost the whole time, and just didn’t care at all. And at the end of it all, they had the nerve to charge $25. Never coming back here again, and I suggest you don’t either.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLast time I go to this barbershop. I got cut by Javier Junior, He had earbuds in and was on the phone the whole time cutting my hair. While I would look at other barbers taking their time working with their clients, he was rushing my haircut. I was getting a low fade and multiple times he would stop, thinking he was done cutting my hair, I had to tell him to fix my haircut because It didn’t even look like I had a haircut. He didn’t do my tape and the haircut looks very rushed and sloppy, yet he charged me $25 for the haircut. I just gave him the $25 to be done with it, but this is no where near a $25 quality haircut. Last time I go to this barbershop. I got cut by Javier Junior, He had earbuds in and was on the phone the whole time cutting my hair. While I would look at other barbers taking their time working with their clients, he was rushing my haircut. The latest in a series of disappointments at a barbershop that was once my favorite place to go and get my hair cut. I arrived at 9am, (opening) there was a gentleman ahead of me, no problem. There was only one barber at the time, I guess he was the most responsible since he opened the shop. As the first client was getting his hair cut, he asked him if I was the next appointment, the barber said no, that he had another appointment that will arrive soon, (no problem on my part so far). Another person showed up who obviously knew the barber since they exchanged a few words and pleasantries. The person asked him how many people were in front of him. To which the barber replied, ” I have an appointment coming in, let me finish him, (the guy we was already cutting) and I got u next before my appointment shows up.” Really? Am i sitting there for my health? I sat there for 25 minutes and not once did the barber acknowledge my presence, only the people he knew. Sadly I will never go back again. Home Team has become a place where the barbers care more about hanging out and cutting their friends hair, than a business with the customers in mind. Sad

Needed to find a new barber since my usual barber left the shop. Given the reviews on this barber shop, I decided to get my haircut here. It took me 2 and 1/2 hours to get to this shop. I decided to go there anyway be cause of their reviews. When I arrived, I noticed signs everywhere asking customers to “sign in and have a seat”, so I did just that. Apparently, it would seem that it didn’t work that way. The place was not busy but no one approached me to ask if I had been helped. No one even bothered to check their sign-in sheet. However, some of their “friends” came in and were greeted and seated right away. I think this shop would have to be a “last resort” place.
