Positive: Professionalism, QualityI recommend giving this place a try! My experience was super positive and I will go back for sure.I specified “deep” level of pressure and circled three spots on my neck and upper shoulders I wanted to work on (on an intake sheet you fill out), opting for the 20 mins. massage (it’s $25). For that, they recommended the chair massage.I had been putting off and putting off a massage because I did not want to spend the $$, and this place, with the $25 option, was just what I needed to get some knots worked out without a hefty price tag. I was so impressed with how the therapist targeted my problem areas, worked to open up my back, and even did some cracking/release that was so relieving. I honestly was shocked how much he got done in 20 mins!Re: privacyIt is located on the side of the mall that is currently deserted, so the chair experience is not as “public” as perhaps it once was. Plus, your head is down in a cloth, so you don’t know what’s going on. lol. The mall music is mostly what you hear, unfortunately, since it’s not as calming as the music in the shop.
