Positive: Professionalism, QualityI was told to come here and ask for one of the guys, no offense to the ladies. I was very very happy with the massage, so much so I wish I had more to tip them. Next time I will be bringing more money.I highly recommend them.But I don’t suggest going if you’re not open to a different type of massage. This is clearly different than a normal deep tissue.i have to beg people to massage me the way these guys do naturally. They find your knots and get them out. And yes. It hurts. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been to this location many times over the past 3 years and I was always happy with my services. I visited last week after a long break due to COVID and I was so disappointed with the woman who finished my massage and who cashed out my payment. I asked her if I could write the tip in since I didn’t have any cash. She said yes and then asked me how much of a tip I wanted to write in? At first I thought that she would just add it to the amount as some places don’t have the capability to actually write in the tip, then I was shocked beyond belief with her unprofessional and tacky comment…. she said “only $10? Most customers leave 20%!!” I looked and I responded “yes, only $10 and I am sorry that it’s not enough for you.” She then said, “I did a lot of hard work and you’re only leaving $10?! I forgot to charge you tax you need to write in an extra $3, are you sure that you are not going to give more?” I was shocked. A tip is a compliment and it is NOT a requirement. It is a courtesy for the service if you are satisfied. They talked to each other loudly the entire time when I wanted to relax and the guy who started my massage reeked of disgusting, smelly cigarette smoke!!! If I wasn’t so shocked by her lack of class and entitlement attitude I would have left $1 to demonstrate that she isn’t the boss of me and that if she didn’t appreciate my $10 tip then she didn’t deserve it. I have never had this experience previously as I have always tipped 20% in the past as my level of service and satisfaction were extremely different. I visited last week after a long break due to COVID and I was so disappointed with the woman who finished my massage and who cashed out my payment.
