Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had gone to get my eyebrows done and the girl did an amazing job. However, the AC was clearly not working and the temperature in the store was absolutely unbearable. I had thought this was just a recent issue, but I clearly remember coming here in the winter and experiencing issues with the heat as well.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been coming here semi-regularly for more than a year. I love they way they do my nails, their no-chips last forever! BUT the last few months I have been having the WORST time trying to get an appointment. Every time I try to get in they’re booked out for weeks! I was on-top of it this time and booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a vacation mani/pedi and they cancelled on me 3 days prior! I’ve been coming here semi-regularly for more than a year. I love they way they do my nails, their no-chips last forever! BUT the last few months I have been having the WORST time trying to get an appointment. Every time I try to get in they’re booked out for weeks! I arrived at 5:50, they Rest to do my eyebrows in two minutes, waxed my eyebrows and I never get them wax because it irritates my skin, she didn’t even ask me. My eyebrows are not cleaned up. I have still in the middle, sides and they were not trimmed at all. Completely messy and rushed. I used to like coming to the salon to get my eyebrows done. This last experience was not the best. Online it says that they close at seven. I arrived at 5:50, they Rest to do my eyebrows in two minutes, waxed my eyebrows and I never get them wax because it irritates my skin, she didn’t even ask me. My eyebrows are not cleaned up. And she thought she could charge me for a wax at the end. My eyebrows are crooked, thick, and bleeding even the next day after. Never coming back again.
