OMG!! Wonderful experience every time I come in. The service is great and the employees are so informative and friendly! The nail tech do amazing every time and they NEVER rush when working on your nails. They pay attention to every detail you tell them and they confirm before they just start getting to work on your nails! I always recommend my family and friends to Hollywood Team Nail Spa!! Great people and a great atmosphere!!

The nail tech asked me if I wanted “skinny square” as a shape. I said yes then asked if she meant tapered square and she said yes!!!! After filing my nails I didn’t like the shape and if I’m paying I want to be happy with the results. once I asked them to remove the nails and what’s the price, one guy had a nasty attitude and told me I have to pay upfront before they do anything else and the lady who worked on my nails said “once I take them off, I’m not doing them again”…. Very unprofessional. I was willingly to pay for them to get removed and another set done correctly…
