Been going here 8 to 10yrs and paying $75 per month to use any bed or stand up. Never received any discount for being loyal which was fine now you can’t even get a decent tan because to lazy or cheap to replace bulbs. Number 5 bed has had blown out shoulder bulbs for over a year!! #18 bed missing lights on top of bed underneath at your back area. Every high pressure bed has blown out Bulbs. I’ve been tanning over 30 years and even owned my own bed. Bulbs loose there tanning strength before they blow out. Read up on it. This place rarely replaces Bulbs and never before they blow out. Outta here

I love it here! Especially, how friendly the staff is and they have always had the answers to my many questions. The beds and booths are a plenty, so I never have a wait time. Very clean and I always feel so much better after I get done tanning!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled a spray tan with Bee for Wednesday at 5:30. She texted me the Saturday before and asked if I could come in any earlier that day or any other day. I told her no because I work and that was the only time I could come in. She told me she would “move things around” and make it work. She then texted me less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment time again asking if I can come in any other time. I again said no. She then told me she was going to have to cancel my appointment. I went on to look at her online booking today to see that there were plenty of appointments before my appointment time and the appointment I had booked was now available. I have gotten a spray tan here before and was looking forward to going. However this is horrible costumer service. I should have been told more than 24 hours before my appointment that she was cancelling it. I’m also very confused as to why my appointment is now available? Better than the average salon because of Sherry….well educated on every aspect relative to tanning services and always making me aware of new items, lotions and promotions. She’s never pushy, always professional and on point. Worth driving out of your way (like I do)
