Critical: PunctualityThe employees are wonderful, the place is very clean and I haven’t had a single complaint until now. Just pulled up at 7:31pm to go tanning and the doors were locked. The employee said “closing early, just for today” . I hate when people go into places when it’s close to closing time but closing 30 minutes before the posted closing time is pushing it. May be a little silly but I’m annoyed that I wasted putting on lotion from the $50 bottle I purchased there. The employees are wonderful, the place is very clean and I haven’t had a single complaint until now. Just pulled up at 7:31pm to go tanning and the doors were locked. The employee said “closing early, just for today” . I hate when people go into places when it’s close to closing time but closing 30 minutes before the posted closing time is pushing it. I’d give it 5 stars but one of the girls at the front desk, she checked me in / rang me up a couple weeks ago, was not as friendly & warm as all the other girls. I thought maybe she was having a bad day or maybe I did something wrong, but then I had her at least twice maybe three times now and nothing changed. It makes me feel a tad uncomfortable 🙁

I went to go tanning today and found out my prepaid tans had an experation date. Had i known that i would’ve used them all those times i wanted to go but was so tired from working so much. The young lady there was very empathetic of the situation and i just purchased more. Didn’t want to cause a scene since everyone there is always so nice. However it would be considerate to let ur customers know the money they just spent expires. Really would’ve meant something to me. Kind staff though and clean always. Money wasted, could’ve emailed me or something letting me know how many tans i had left and when they expired. I feel like the cooperation does this on purpose to scheme people. I work hard for my money, and feel cheated.

I would give them five stars because this is my number one place but I don’t care for the way you have to purchase six months to get the automatic debit deal. I liked it better when it was 3 months and I will probably look for a different place next time for this reason.

I took my daughter for her upcoming semi formal to get a spray tan and was reassured that it would not make her orange well the next morning her hands , arms, and feet were very orange and blotchy . Took her back to the salon to show the girls and the same two girls were there that originally helped us on the day we had service . They were very unhelpful, did not offer us any reasonable solution and were not caring to the fact the my daughter was orange and had an event in 2 hours . Will never go back and waste my money . I could of went to the drug store and bought self tanner lotion for much cheaper and probably better results .

Mostly friendly staff however I was not told about the contract till after they sway to my card and I signed which ended up being on a six-month auto-pay which I was not informed until after also their bulbs aren’t as hot as other Hollywood Tans

I’ve not tanned or been in sun in 2 years. After tanning. I looked the same as if I never went. It was 18.00$ for one tan. Sorry, just being honest
