They are the worst! They are always trying to pull one over on you regarding your membership. I just canceled my membership for the end of the month and going back to Bellmawr location. Where the owner is hands on and take great care of her customers and her business. Cherry Hill is a dump!

Good luck getting out of a membership. The owner is greedy and dishonest and makes it unethically impossible to cancel. This owner is a disgrace to Cherry Hill and long standing HT members. I was hospitalized and they would not let me cancel over the phone prior to the 25th. When I finally was able to come in the following week I was told it was too late and rebilled THAT same day. Insult to illness. Unreal.
