Since coming under Shannon’s management, I am sad to say that this location has gone drastically downhill. The new staff is beyond incompetent and poorly trained. When I called prior to purchasing a week long package to inquire about their holiday hours, I was told that they would be open on Christmas Eve as well as Christmas, and only closing early on those days, so I would be able to tan for the full 7 days for which I had paid. However, this was simply untrue. It’s sad to see a place so desperate for business that they would flat out lie in order to gain customers. Will not be returning again, I’d recommend Sundazzlers in Edwardsville to anyone looking for better service.

I went in to get a Mystic Spray Tan, and overall I am not very pleased with how it turned out. The staff is friendly, and the building looks cleaned and well organized. I don’t think the booths are well sanitized though because I got foot fungus from my visit. * My review is not based on the performance of the Mystic Tan system.
