Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalking into the salon, my sister and I were absolutely terrified to try something new with our hair. Mine especially is damaged from home dying which worried me the most. After talking to a couple of the stylists about my options we left our hair in their hands (literally). I cant even begin to explain the satisfaction with the both colors. It immediately boosted our confidence as women, made us feel beautiful about ourselves. On top of it all my hair feels its healthiest. I dont know how this was even possible, but with the gals at Hollywood Style, it was done. I will return for any color, cuts, etc for me and my family to come in the future. The most professional hair salon I have ever walked into hands down…. 10 stars if it were possible. Walking into the salon, my sister and I were absolutely terrified to try something new with our hair. Mine especially is damaged from home dying which worried me the most. After talking to a couple of the stylists about my options we left our hair in their hands (literally). I cant even begin to explain the satisfaction with the both colors. Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister got her hair done by a girl that clearly was inexperienced. She kept on asking another girl what to do and how long to leave the bleach in her hair. She was very unhappy with her hair and STILL MADE HER PAY!! although they did let her come back and get her hair fixed again it should’ve been done the first time. That’s hard on hair getting it done 2 weeks later with even more bleach. My sister got her hair done by a girl that clearly was inexperienced. She kept on asking another girl what to do and how long to leave the bleach in her hair. She was very unhappy with her hair and STILL MADE HER PAY!! although they did let her come back and get her hair fixed again it should’ve been done the first time. Positive: QualityBeing a college student, I end up box dying my hair at times (oopsie) & trying to save a few bucks I’ve gone to other salons in town which have completely ruined my hair – blaming it on the home dye job, however, I’ve gone to two gals at Hollywood style over the years who have lighted my dark box dye flawlessly & I left with gorgeous blonde conditioned highlights on a single lift. Between the girls’ skill set & the Lanza products, I highly suggest spending the extra $50 (not a lot for peace of mind!). I’ve gone to Jaime & Gabby who I will preach about all over town. Being a college student, I end up box dying my hair at times (oopsie) & trying to save a few bucks I’ve gone to other salons in town which have completely ruined my hair – blaming it on the home dye job, however, I’ve gone to two gals at Hollywood style over the years who have lighted my dark box dye flawlessly & I left with gorgeous blonde conditioned highlights on a single lift.
