I had been driving all over trying to find a good place near Wellington without luck until now. I called on a Sunday morning and they lady was great, she scheduled me for 3pm and when I arrived I was amazed at how friendly the staff is. I didn’t wait at all and was taken back for my pedicure immediately, look how amazing the pedicure area is!!! I’ll definitely come back!

My experience started off pretty well, but ended horribly. In all salons I have been too, they usually assign you one tech and they do the hands or feet first, and then the other one afterwards. A gentleman started with my pedicure and all was well, until a woman started doing my fingers at the same time as he is massaging my calves/feet, and she cut my thumb at the cuticle. It hurt and stung, and now I have to make sure it doesn’t get infected. The nail polish doesn’t even cover all my fingernails (the sides/edges don’t have polish on them). Not quite sure what the rush was to do both at the same time, as there literally were only two other customers there (not waiting for a tech). The gentleman who did my toes was nice and did okay, until the end. They have a sign that says they prefer tips in cash. I don’t carry cash (this is my first time trying this nail place), and didn’t have my debit card on me to use their ATM. I paid my bill with my credit card and left. The lady at the front desk didn’t mention anything or ask how I wanted to tip. Honestly, with the way my manicure was and the fact that I was cut, I would have left a small tip, if anything. The service was also super overpriced for the quality I received. I would say you get what you pay for, but I paid $57 for something that looks like it was done by a child. I left and started walking down the sidewalk to wait for my husband and the guy who did my pedicure followed me, asking where my tip was. Very unprofessional and left a bad impression. I will not be back.

My recent experience did not go too well and I will never go back. I received a manicure before work, which was very sloppily done. Once I was able to actually take a look at my nails when I left they were very much clumpy and the dip powder dried on my cuticles. I returned to get a refund and the nails removed. I did not receive a refund, which was not too important to me. Although, when I requested the manicure be removed I was told “it’s faster to fix them.” I insisted I did not want them fixed because I knew they would lift. (They did indeed lift.) The woman went back and forth with me which was uncalled for. She disregarded my (third) request to remove the manicure and continued to “fix” my nails. I left unsatisfied because the woman completely disregarded my request to remove them. Since I did not receive a refund, the least that could have been done was satisfy my request of removing the manicure. I believe the second interaction was very unprofessional, especially coming from an establishment I revisit constantly.

People that work there, are most kind people there is. My daughter had a very late appointment 6-830pm. I worked to 845.I got there around 9pm It was raining so they allowed her to stay inside and wait for me instead of staying out in the rain. They are very pleasant, kind ladies. They came out to say hi to me and i thanked them for being so generous. They said anytime. So, thank you ladies. You’re the best in my book. i will recommend you all the time and their artwork on the nails are beautiful. I can’t wait to get a massage from them some day .!

I would recommend this salon to everyone! I recently got my first set of acrylics done and they looked exactly like the photo when done. I also have eyebrows that can be hard to shape and get mine waxed here and Annie always nails them. If you are looking to do trendy acrylic designs ask for Don or Annie.
