I had a full set of nails done and I wasn’t impressed at all. You could see my own nails on the sides, I wanted them to look like a Real set of Natural Nails.. I had asked for pink and white and was talked into Ambrosia I didnt like them at all. I also had s pedicure done with a French Tip finish. He did a great job. He seems to really enjoy his profession. He made me feel so relaxed and pampered. So Because of him I gave 3 stars. But get a full set elsewhere

I wish I could rate this place a zero. First off the workers are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable. One time a lady was doing my nails and she kept going on her phone calling people to get her early from there and MIND YOU she kept skipping my nails! Your there to work do your job. They’re very unprofessional I will never go there again. Then today the closing time is 8 so I got there at 7:25 and they had the audacity to tell me they were closed. I was waiting outside for my mom and they all left at 8 and she wasn’t there yet. When the lady’s came up to me they were like “did you call your mother?” “You need to leave” then “we’re so sorry” and I said “well the sign said to 8 so i figured you guys were open” and they said they couldn’t do my nails because they had a party to go to… when a refill only takes 25-30 minutes… Let’s just say they lost a costumer and while they were talking to me they’d talk to each other in they’re language then look at me and talk English. It was just very rude. I will never go there AGAIN.

I went in to get stiletto nails done and the lady was facetiming her daughter. She cut the nails down to size and when she started shaping them she made them really skinny, short and very pointy. Oh, she was definitely talking and not paying attention to how much she was filing them. So when she was done, I told her I don’t like them. So she cut all of them off, and put acetone on them to prepare them for removal. She took the color I picked and put it back on the shelf. After she removed what’s left, she said “you’re all set” and I said “excuse me?” Then she came up with an excuse like “oh if I can’t do your nails then the rest of my workers can’t.” like, are you friggen serious?!? What makes her think if she can’t do it, then the rest can’t? Bad service. NEGATIVE ZERO

Horrible I would not recommend. My daughter went to get an acrylic fill there and not even a week later all the nail polish was almost gone. And her nail broke and she saw she had a nail infection which she never had before in her life until she went to Hollywood nails. Never going there again and horrible experience.

When I 1st started there a few yrs ago, I thought the boss was nice and especially his 2 long time employees they were always laughing and joking around which I love. The prices were especially great. Then it was time for my nails to take a breather. I waited a few months for my nails to grow new nails before I started again as I do every so often as needed. Anyways, I came back, only to find things changed, the 2 longtime favorite employees were gone!! I miss them. Furnitures moved around which looked better and kinda roomy. The owner remembered me and took me on. I told him ‘just a full set’ as I am on budget. He wrote on his receipt note paper, $20 after I mentioned full set. On the price list on the wall showed full set, $20. I remembered the price for french nails on the wall was more money then the full set but the price next to french nails was blank. So anyways, he put fake nails on my nails and he cut to my likings on length of my nails. He sanded and filed it. Then was about to put cover on it and I realized it then that he doesn’t remember that I prefer round, not french nails. He said ok. Just before he started cut the corners, I took out my $30 in 20 and 10 bills. I gave it to him expecting him to give me back $10, I told him pls give me the change back $5, giving you $5 tip. But instead, he gave me $3 back. I said, no, $5 back. I was confused because employees never ever short change customers especially the owner! Always give back full change and let their customers decide how much to give tip. I was gonna give $5 tip but he gave me $3 back instead of full change back. I said, no, where’s my 5? He said cost $27. I said no, it says on the wall price, $20 full set. He said price went up. I said no. It’s $20. He said no cause cost more to cut corners. I was shock cause they normally do not charge extra for preferring rounded nails, cost more for french nails but they took the price off before I came back. So I gave only my last $3.00 instead of $5.00 tip I will not go back again for lying to me about the prices!

I think Nail wise they are alright and cheaper than the other place around me but NEVER do your eyebrows there! I avoid going here for eyebrows, they always make them really thin and always mess up the shape and leave bald spots. I was in desperate need to do my eyebrows and this was the only place open at the time so I went but never again will I come here for eyebrows.
