Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityLing did an absolutely fabulous job on my holiday nails and toes! She was kind, courteous, and professional. She was responsive to my requests/comments and regularly checked in to make sure I was satisfied with her work. The shop was incredibly clean and they provided complimentary beverages. One of my nails chipped the night I got them done, and Ling allowed me to come back the next day and get my nail fixed. She corrected the issue quickly and was more than happy to do so. Ling did an absolutely fabulous job on my holiday nails and toes! She was kind, courteous, and professional. She was responsive to my requests/comments and regularly checked in to make sure I was satisfied with her work. The shop was incredibly clean and they provided complimentary beverages. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI began coming here when the place I went to closed & absolutely love it! I bring my 11 & 15 year old daughters as well & they do too! My oldest always pulls designs beforehand from the internet and they are amazing with matching them! Also, many times with it being 3 of us in the evenings we can’t get there until after sports at 5pm or later. If time goes past closing at 7:30pm not once did they rush to get us out. That is greatly appreciated with our busy schedules. We also have tried other places when my original place first closed, but had issues with the nails chipping, breaking or lifting within days. I began coming here when the place I went to closed & absolutely love it! I bring my 11 & 15 year old daughters as well & they do too! My oldest always pulls designs beforehand from the internet and they are amazing with matching them! They were put on so thick & filled even thicker. *I had Hollywood remove them & put on another set. They look amazing. Perfect square and thickness. I also opted for the #2 deluxe pedi (which I have not had a pedi done in years) and my heels and feet were so smooth afterwards – still are. They leg massage and hot towel was included and done to perfection. I recently moved to PA & have been to 2 other salons who only did my acrylic set. They were put on so thick & filled even thicker. *I had Hollywood remove them & put on another set.
