Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI actually really liked this nail salon but the first two times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait like 40 mins plus even with an appointment. Also I felt like they rushed my nails both times and they came out poorly. My nails growing underneath the acrylic were hanging out over the fake nail and it literally drove me crazy looking at them for weeks and trying to trim my natural nail shorter than the fake nail. These pictures were taken 3 weeks after I got them done so they are grown out. But you can see my natural nail underneath the acrylic and they looked like that from day one after I got them refilled. Also when I went to get them removed I had mold under my nail because she did not seal my nails properly. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years now and I’ve NEVER had mold under my nails. So gross. I was so mad I almost went up there and told them off. Also I felt like they rushed my nails both times and they came out poorly. The first time I came in my mail tech was really attentive, but the more I come back the more I’m disappointed with my experience. They never really listen to what you want and end up just doing what they want with your nails and the quality is never consistent. Sometimes I get a really good looking set and other times I leave feeling way over charged for a bad job. If they’re my only option I’ll come back but I’m looking for a new salon.

I was given a gift card to this place by a coworker and it is the first and the last time I will ever go there! Stay as far away from this place as possible. They are unsanitary, abrasive and poor quality when it comes to their work. Additionally, be aware they will only accept cash and the ATM they have charges an additional $2.00 for you to withdraw cash that goes towards the salon. The woman who did my nails stopped to wipe her nose and then didn’t even wash her hands after wiping her nose before she tried to resume doing my nails. I had to tell her no thank you and to please wash her hands before she resumed doing my nails. She was overly aggressive in scrubbing my nails and when I asked her to stop she said that it was my fault because I kept moving, and she cut me twice! This place is not a clean environment and shouldn’t be allowed to operate! Please go somewhere else!

I really wanted to like this place and have a good experience since its close by – I called ahead as a walk-in to confirm availability for a basic acrylic set and was given the go ahead. I arrived and was greeted by a blonde nail tech who was friendly and working another customer’s set by the door. I had a short wait which was appreciated but my dark brown hair nail tech brought me to a sticky, powdery station with someone else’s nail clippings on it and probably their nail dust, there was also crumbs(?) in the seat. She was incredibly upset for some reason and I felt her take it out on me the way she was being rough with my hands, at one point hitting me with the dust brush in 7” hard smacks, and silent the entire time or ignoring my comments/convo, occasionally saying something to her coworker in an upset tone (other language). She made some of my cuticles bleed rushing with the sanding tools and gave me crooked leaning nails vs straight up and with uneven almond shapes, which in the end dried with bubbles and isnt smooth at all on the top (has a big uneven hump to it too, very thick). I asked her for aftercare instructions and she paused then replied ‘whatever’ with her hands flared out and told me $60 for the nails. I gave her a $10 cash tip anyway and she said something in another language and walked off. It was my first time here and sadly my last. I’ve honestly never had such an awkward experience with an aggressive nail tech and now looking for another place to fix the shape and texture of these.

I thought about calling and telling them I wanted it fixed but during the visit my friends and I felt okay most of the time but when the person doing my nails did not communicate something and I made a mistake (that’s how it felt) I was immediately corrected. Not with words but actions. And then she started speaking to her coworker in their native language- obviously laughing about me. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The chips in my nails have just gotten worse- 5 chips and my nails are snagging on EVERYTHING. So I actually cut the chips and my nails before posting this. Was drivin my nuts.
