Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a pedicure but instead of soft feet I got really bad cuts on my big toe. The lady was nice but was working too fast and scrubbing too hard. My big toe got layered cuts as if it got grated. Massage on my legs was too hard also walked out of there with legs being sore. Not to mention they ask you to tip… I am a tipper and even tho I received poor service I did tip but I find it highly unprofessional to request a tip for mediocre service. I went in for a pedicure but instead of soft feet I got really bad cuts on my big toe. The lady was nice but was working too fast and scrubbing too hard. My big toe got layered cuts as if it got grated. Massage on my legs was too hard also walked out of there with legs being sore. Lady that did manicure didn’t do a good job, description said hot oil message,never got that..so uncomfortable to have your manicure done in pedicure chiar..and have your hands sitting in cold water.. she was done in 5 mins.

Maybe I had an incompatible technician, but my pedicure wasn’t completely worth it. It was very close to perfect, and she was inquisitive on my preferences, so I’m satisfied. I like it when they know to go under every nail and scrub until you’re soft as a baby. So close

Very Good place to go to for spa and nails. They are friendly and welcome. Prices are average but products are beyond. Very worth it especially for students. The nail polish doesn’t have strong chemistry smell! Definitely a place I will go long term.

The first time I went there about 6 months ago, the male worker did an excellent, professional job. However, every time I’ve been there without an appointment, I’ve drawn younger female workers who seemed to have less and less experience. The last time was Saturday 11/11/17, when I only got a pedicure. After clipping my toenails, they were not filed, a noticeable issue on one toe wasn’t even addressed and when I asked if they had wi-fi, she said “Yes and I held my hands upward to indicate what is it, she said “it’s at the register” and nothing else. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I was recommended to this place by a friend. First impression very welcoming and clean. I called in and requested an appointment for 4pm, the lady said yes and to come in. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. They asked me to choose a color , I tried finding a color that would both match my hand and feet. They lady was nice enough told me to choose my hand color first and she will find the matching feel color. We started at the mani table and cleaning cuticle cutting, she was very gentle and did a good job.
