Honestly this was not such a good experience. I never would go there again. Let’s start of with my manicure. First I was just glue some nails . They didn’t even take the dead skin around my nails and prep them before getting my full set , for that I could of done them myself. I mean I have all my dead skin still . After they painted them and all that they just said wash your hands and go pay. Like I didn’t even get lotion applied to my hands or ask if I like them or anything. This is my first time getting them done in NC and I can’t believe how they just take people and take them out without asking anything or doing anything to the nails. I mean I am not no expert but I have gotten my nails done many time to know the process. Let me not get started with my toes basically the same thing expect the lady that did my toes did a little better but still not worth the 81$ I was charged.

Terrible service!!! They act really racist here. Wouldn’t speak to me but spoke to everyone else. Went there for Jenni and she says she couldn’t take me and full for the day. However it’s 2pm and I told her I’m the only one waiting and asked if we have to schedule now. She says no. Then says the people getting their toes done are waiting for her knowing it’s a lie because it’s other nail technicians that will be doing their nails as well. She do not have all those people getting their toes done to do by herself! Last time giving this place a try. They don’t deserve our money. I rather spend where everyone is accepted.

They have a pretty bad rap, but I went midday on a Tuesday and was seen right away by a male. He was pretty nice and conversational. My fill was pretty good. 4 stars because I don’t like being asked to pay before finishing/painting. Feel like he was implying I would steal or walk out without paying, which I’d never do. Other than that honestly they’re not that bad.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually come here if I need my eyebrows done in a hurry going to work. Yesterday it was packed so I couldn’t get an idea who was doing wax services. They put me in a back room where I sat for about 30mins before I seen anyone. my brows were arched and I just needed a little clean up. Now I wear glasses so whenever I put my glasses on it takes a second to adjust to being able to see again. I hurry to the car so as not late to work because I didn’t expect to be there almost an hour for a simple brow wax service and realize my eyelid, not brow, is on fire. waxing usually doesn’t bother me much less BURN really intense. I look in the mirror at work and I AM BEYOND UPSET. One brow is too short at the corner of my eye, both are completely different shapes with one making me look like I am questioning everything, the other had the arch smoothed out and my right EYELID has been ripped. skin peeled off!!! Hoping I don’t get an infection due to knowing that wax wasn’t changed when I was in there and really upset I paid. I look ridiculous, my face hurts and here it is the next day having to put triple antibiotic ointment on and cant even wear makeup now. 10/10 UNSATISFIED AND WANT TO CRY. I usually come here if I need my eyebrows done in a hurry going to work. Yesterday it was packed so I couldn’t get an idea who was doing wax services. They put me in a back room where I sat for about 30mins before I seen anyone. my brows were arched and I just needed a little clean up. If I could give half a star for this place I would. I called before arriving to make sure there was availability and showed up two hours prior to closing with my sister for two mani / pedis. After waiting patiently for an hour we are the last two people to get our pedicures started. We were greeted with two rude older ladies. The lady that took care of my sister, walked past my feet first, saw that I had a gel color on, scoffed and walked to my sister. She later commented on it after we were leaving. She threw a towel on my sisters lap, blatantly asked her to hold her own leg up loudly and rudely, painted one foot once and when she asked her to go over again to make the color darker she was rough and only re painted one foot instead of both. She then started speaking loudly in another language again. My lady was sick and barely was coughing the whole time. Towards the end she looked at me, continued to speak in another language and took her mask off. All while proceeding to wipe her nose on her arm and shoulder repeatedly. She cut me with one of the tools, apologized and then laughed afterwards and proceeded to speak in another language. I already was skeptical about the place being sanitary because I didn’t see liners in the bowls or them opening individual packs for tools, but after this experience I don’t have to question. My lady left after filing my toes and asked what color I wanted, after showing her on their swatch she laughed and said white? Proceeded to speak loudly in another language and told me the other lady would come over to paint. When she did, I asked what color it was and she looked up at me and proceeded to pull out a plain white bottle with no numbers on it. After finishing she asked if we wanted our nails done still and I said no thank you, she scoffed and walked to the front to check us out. I was looking for someone that was a manager or cared to speak to me in English but they all left when we arrived at the front desk. After horrible service we paid and I proceeded to have my card thrown at me and the receipt when when I asked for it and she nor her friend received a tip. I cannot explain how upset and disgusted at this place I am. I hope anyone that reads this takes the time to find a better salon with better service and not continue to keep this rude staff and customer service in business.

She did a good job but never said hi or said her name never spoke to but to ask what color and how I wanted my nails shaped.I still would have went but the place looks dirty and where you put your fingers to dry under light was just nasty. I work with public and it takes a lot for to say some place is dirty
