Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt was unbelievable have unprofessional this man was. I came in 2 hours prior and he told me he could do my nails at 4pm. I get here at 3:58 and he takes a walk in that got there 1 min before me. He turns and tells me he does not take appointments. One lady was there from when I came by to make my appointment and spoke out for me. I run 2 businesses and I would never treat my customers like he did. For some that is looking for longevity in a tech is a fairytale. It was unbelievable have unprofessional this man was. I came in 2 hours prior and he told me he could do my nails at 4pm. I get here at 3:58 and he takes a walk in that got there 1 min before me. He turns and tells me he does not take appointments. One lady was there from when I came by to make my appointment and spoke out for me. Critical: PunctualityNo idea of the quality of work. I called at 6:00 asked if I came at 6:30 if they could still do a Mani-pedi. The gentlemen that answered the phone said yes to come. I arrived at 6:25 and he told me to wait a few minutes. I waited until 7:20 when I finally left. He had been helping other clients but he helped people who arrived after me and there were still two others to be served potentially before me.
