So my nails came out cute but I’m concerned in the cleanliness of the facility. I sat at desk 4 and on a normal look around you can tell it needs a good clean. Writing all over the walls and on the desks our back. She cleaned her brushes in a used SunnyD orange juice bottle. I was cut multiple times and she just continued to brush the acetone over it and also cut through my real nail at the base with her drill. I was bleeding multiple times during the appointment and she just brushed it away with her fingers. At the end I’m left in pain with cute nails but gel nail polish covering my hands and concern for an infection ♀️

Absolutely the worse mani pedi ever! My nails are blotchy and smeared. Poor technique, no cuticle remover used, no attention to details. I had to ask to have 2 nails redone because of debris, and that was just wiped off and repainted resulting in an uneven finish. They make a big deal of washing hands when you walk in, yet overall cleanliness if the salon is lacking. My nails and hands look worse than when I walked in there……

My friend and I went in together. I asked for coffin shape nails I got square. I asked for matte black with red underneath and got plain black. I went home and ripped the acrylics off myself. They refused to fix them. What a waste of money for such poor quality!

This is the premiere salon in Augusta, Me. It’s by appointment only, and a but pricier than others, but earns the right. A husband and wife duo, and family. Very personable and no language barriers. Husband like to grab with customers. Both are great at their craft. Worth the extra. NOTE: Cash only! ATM on premises

I have a nail lady I always go to in North Conway New Hampshire. I have severe anxiety so it is hard for me to try new places out. I absolutely loved how friendly everybody was in there.
