All my nails are crooked. That’s what happens when you let your tech work on two peoples nails at once. Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and I still spent $60 bucks. They started shutting the lights off on me at 6:30 when the close at 7. The nerve to charge me for this. All my nails are crooked. That’s what happens when you let your tech work on two peoples nails at once. Gel fill was rushed. Didn’t even fill them in all the way, and now I have to go somewhere else. Nails are all different shapes and lengths. Wouldn’t return.

Today was my first time visiting Hollywood Nails and I will definitely be coming back. The inside is all renovated and clean. I got a fill on my acrylic nails next time I will also be getting a pedicure because it looks great. Vinny did my nails and was very detail oriented and did exactly what i wanted. DO NOT GO HERE!! the SERVICE is TERRIBLE!! THE EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE! I’VE NEVER HAD A TECH SO RUDE BEFORE!! I got yelled at, literally yelled at by the chick over the color. She couldn’t grasp the concept of a natural polish on my nail. now I’m walking around with what looks like half assed done, unfinished nails. They have between two to three stations set up per worker, so don’t expect you to get their full attention and get your nails done in a timely fashion. THE CUSTOMER IS DEFINITELY NOT THEIR PRIORITY BUT TAKING AS MUCH MONEY IN AS THEY CAN IS..

I can’t stand when they treat you like a dollar amount or a number. My first time here and it will be my last! I made an appointment with Tina and when I got there a woman said Can I help you. She said are u getting a pedicure so I said no a polish change. So I was told to pick the color. I was there 10 min. Before my appointment so this mysterious woman took me early. No conversation and she did it so fast like okay now get out. I couldn’t sit and enjoy the massage chair when my back needed it. She says 12.00 and walks away. Didn’t look me in the face or even say Thank You. Screw her there are so many places Out there. I guess I’ll keep looking. I want a person that actually cares and has good customer service skills.

It was my go to spot until it got too crowded and rushed. I went in with a big stack and wanted what I saw on display. I was asking what nail art do you offer. They would never show me everything they could offer. Do they want to make money? I was trying to be talked out of it bc its a lot of work. Well Im here with more than I need for cash and Im willing to do my end of the bargain keeping them up…I got a downgrade that looked nothing like I asked for. I even brought the sneaker that had the holographic color they offer!!!!

I have been getting my nails done by Holly for almost 7 years. She also waxes my eye brows. Her sister does my pedicures. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Holly. I trust her completely to the point that after she does my gel fill she will choose the design or color for my nails. Everyone that works there is always nice and I have and always will recommend them. I always receive compliments on my nails that’s proof enough!!
