Hadn’t had my nails done in years. Booked an apt with Don. They were on time, clean, no rush, and nice and quiet and relaxing. Don was gentle with my thin nails, and very meticulous. The place is very clean, smells great, people are very friendly and Mike and Jenny did an amazing job. I highly recommend it!!! They did a lot for only $40, I paid an extra 20 for the gel polish, but it’s worth it! Pedicure

I’ve been going to the Brunswick Forest Hollywood Nails for years, mostly for gel pedicures. I’ve always had great service. Even when they changed ownership a few months ago they stayed consistent in their service.

This place has got soooo bad since the old owners sold the business. I went in for a pedicure and as I was waiting a roach crawled out and the worker who was giving the pedicure literally was trying to catch the roach with hands that was in gloves and then put it in a small box. After he successfully caught the roach he then disposed of it and came back to finish the customer he was working on BUT DID NOT change the gloves he had on when he picked up the roach. I really tried to remain a loyal customer after the ownership change over after going there for 8 years but absolutely not anymore I’m officially DONE with this place.

I really miss the old owners. I’ve been turned away 3 times in a row now just to get my eyebrows waxed. Sarah used to always get me in and out super quick. I’ve gone at three separate times of day in the last week. This is not the first occurrences that I’ve been turned away since the business was sold and I’m over it. Will be finding somewhere different from here on out. Very sweet people but tired of being turned away for a quick service.

My review is based on the fact that when they make appointments even though you may be running five or 10 minutes late they will take somebody ahead of you even if you call to let them know you’re running a few minutes behind they will let somebody else have your appointment they are not loyal to their customers who make appointments they are not loyal to their customers who come in there consistently. They also do not acknowledge room when walk in. They let you sit there and totally ignore you. And the owner of the business is extremely rude like she’s doing you a favor when in fact you’re doing them a favor by using their service.. And the owner is unbelievably rude and mean very ugly very ugly but Sean who does the nails he is absolutely amazing that’s why I wanted him and him only to do my nails they do not try to accommodate and meet the needs of people who come in there they don’t go above and beyond the owner is just very very extremely rude rude rude..

I get the Gel Manicure and my nails last over a month, so long that I have to file them down before I go back, they grow out so quick! I walked in to get a gel toe color change. JUST A TOE COLOR CHANGE!! Got in immediately. Was so excited that I got back so quickly. But anyway FOR JUST A GEL TOE COLOR CHANGE, No pedicure, I was charged $30.00!!! Never ever will return to this nail salon! That’s ridiculous! You pay that much for a regular pedicure.
