Ben was fantastic doing my dip nails. Because of the kind and amount of dip powder used on my nails at another salon, it took a lot of extra time to remove my nails. He was patient and kind and did not rush through doing my nails. He did an extra good job on my nails and they are beautiful, the best ones I have had. I recommend Ben if you want everything done right!

Beautiful job on my nails! When I arrived they helped my find the colors I wanted that matched a photo I brought in. The next day I decided I actually didn’t like the color on my accent finger. I went back and they repainted my accent finger – for free – even though they painted it just as I had asked them to. Nice and clean place with great service. Thanks!

Holly, Ken and Tony are simply amazing!! ( I am sure they all are, I just have only dealt with them) This is the best place in Sandusky to get your nails done. I have had my nails done for YEARS… I know what I like. From the very first time I walked in and was greeted they have been amazing. I do not like thick nails and they do them perfect every time. They are very detail oriented and they will ask while they are doing your nails if you like them so far…. if you don’t they will fix what you don’t like. ( I personally have never had anything I don’t like). If you want a design they might be the quickest, but I appreciate them taking their time to make them look like what you ask.

This is my third time coming to this place for a service. The first time was just ok. The guy really didn’t interact with me much and when he did there was a sarcastic vibe about him. He only halfway polished my toes and hardly massaged my calves and feet. The second time I had gotten a gel polish change and it wasn’t the greatest either. I had two techs working on my nails like it was a tag team match. That was so annoying, if you start my nails please finish them. The polish job was horrible so the owner ended up comping that service. But this last time Holly was so pleasant. She gave the best pedicure. She took her time with the process and I appreciate that because the guy from the previous pedicure really rushed through. She did such an amazing job and made me feel so relaxed. I have no complaints and she just earned herself a regular client. ☺️ Thank you Holly!! If this had been my very first experience, I’d definitely be giving 5 stars.

I have visited this establishment numerous times when I’m in Sandusky. This is a very clean establishment and the employees are always friendly and polite. My gel polish lasts for weeks. Nail tech spent more time talking with his coworker than the client. Never asked what I wanted as far as shape if I wanted it changed. Cut my repair so short that it don’t match the other ones.. if I could add a picture I would. I came up for vacation didn’t have time to go to my normal shop and wanted my nails to look nice while on vacation. I will never go back next time I’m here. A family member was getting her nails done, and a the man who was doing her nails, roughly pulled her hands and was being extremely unprofessional. Her nails were not finished because he was being so rude. The parent requested a refund, and was told to “get out!” in an extremely mean tone.
