My coworkers an I decided to have a nail day after work. My nails are good, a little thinner than I like them but that’s just me. The location super easy to get to. Staff was nice. The nail tech that did my nails is very sweet, We had a great conversation. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because every other chair had a person in it getting their nails done(2 to 1 ratio) so I had to wait 15 minutes for them to start ,and also It was a bit unorganized as far as seating to get service. Great experience. Lisa and Rhonda are great at their profession. They’ll offer beverages and actually take their time doing your nails. Lots of places rush you in and out to the point where you don’t dry well, not this place. They didn’t hover over us to pay or anything of the typical behaviors I have experienced at nail shops. The staff has conversation with you and we’re really open and provided great customer service. If you’re looking for a nail shop, try here!

My first time it was horrible, the owner burnt me with the wax, and messed up me eyebrows then the girl Helen who did my manicure and pedicure had to be new. Cuticles are still not correct, they don’t have the correct buffing block. I don’t do polish on my nails. But my pedicure I decided to get design it was simple glitter she could not do it correctly. When I discovered the it took three days to get and appointment again for them to fix the glitter which I decided on no glitter. The owner wouldn’t refund me for the eyebrow horror or the. If you’re plan, old, and don’t care, go there. A roach jumped on me from the nails station. If you’re bored. And just want to blow time go. But I paid her $109.00 I deserve my money worth nothing extra, I couldn’t get that.

The second time the woman doing my nails was talking on her phone as she did my nails through an earbud. She was laughing so hard that she wasn’t focusing on what she was doing, and cursed during her conversation without any regard to me. My nails are crooked/misshaped and she used the wrong sparkle on them which made my nails a yellowish tint. I have been here twice. The first time the women that was doing my nails was playing on her phone while doing my nails. The second time the woman doing my nails was talking on her phone as she did my nails through an earbud. She was laughing so hard that she wasn’t focusing on what she was doing, and cursed during her conversation without any regard to me. My nails are crooked/misshaped and she used the wrong sparkle on them which made my nails a yellowish tint. Very disappointed because this nail salon was highly recommended to me and that is why I tried it.

My second time giving this place a try only due to the convenience that my boyfriend lives close by (he gets emergency calls) & Sundays are our only day off. Disappointed is an understatement! We arrived a hour and 45 minutes before the posted closing hour. When we walked in there was only 4 customers in total & all were in the pedicure chairs. The young man asked what we were in service for & after letting him know we both wanted a pedicure, manicure (for him), full set (me), he proceeded to tell us both to have a seat in the pedicure chairs. We sat there for almost 40 more minutes while other technicians were all just standing around. There were only 4 techs doing pedicures! We finally got to put our feet in the water & rushed was the only feeling we received! It was the shortest pedicure I have ever had & we got the 2nd most expensive package! The young man obviously didn’t communicate we needed our nails taken care of obviously because as soon as they finished our feet they were talking like it was time for us to pay! Looking at the time I felt guilty letting the women know we were still waiting for the rest of our services. It wasn’t closing yet and they took my boyfriend for his manicure, but the lady doing me kept telling me I didn’t need a full set to get the look I was asking for! I eventually told her I understood they are about to close and I just would stick with my pedicure. She said no she would do my acrylic nails and it was ok. I should’ve listened to my gut! I have never had a full set put on so fast in my life! It still took here ab 30 min after they closed but she rushed me so much I kept telling her this nail is longer, this nail is crooked, you missed a spot with the polish, there’s a gap here, there’s a warp there! My boyfriend was of course done with his manicure before me & went ahead and paid!!!! $177 later and actually $208 (after he tipped) my nails are so bad, uneven, and just looked rushed! It’s now Monday (next day) at my job I’ve had several people ask about my nails and it’s embarrassing! $200 for that? We could’ve went to Winston for 1/2 price and better service & quality

The only reason for the two stars is because the guy that did my pedicure was absolutely awesome. I really wished he could have done my nails. My nails look so bad after having them done. I felt rushed so I couldn’t have them fix them and I haven’t had an opportunity to go back to them to make them fix them at all

First off these are really nice people but as you can see almost every nail has chipped or cracked and that’s after I went back the next day after asking them fix the broken and cracked nails that happened this was my experience but I felt it necessary to share because they need either better products or better service hope this won’t be your experience
