Overpriced for no reason! Got a refill no design just plain gel polish, a gel pedicure and brows. Came up to $103.00! I received a full set set on 11/30..I paid $59 and I tipped $15 because I was satisfied .however 2 mails broke so I called made an appointment to come in and get it fixed..it’s only been like 6 days ..I have always had my mails last longer then a week.,but neither here or there they charged me $10 !! It’s not the cost it’s the principle..I will not be back overpriced fir no reason if the mails don’t make it past 1 week

I’ve been coming here for 6 yrs on and off. The price went up but the quality did not. My daughter got a pedicure and manicure it cost 35$. Her nails were still dirty. Her toes were fine. My pedicure started off fine but literally 2 hours later I was not happy. I asked for a orange black and gold design w a white background. First she tried a pumpkin it did not have gold. It didn’t look like pumpkin. So then she filed part of the polish away which was gel and cured and then put 2 more layers of white making it super thick. Then made 2 orange line’s and 2 black lines and asked if I liked it still no gold or real design. I was so frustrated I think I cried to refrain from being directly disrespectful. I would not go back . I go out of my way 2 hours to come here. I have waited over an hour and never minded. There was no wait and was beyond disappointed. Pedi cost 50$ w gel. Was cheaper before and better quality. And this is after it’s suppose to have upgraded.
