Got long acrylic coffin shaped nails and they come out fabulous! Mai assisted me and she took her time to be precise and to deliver great nails. They don’t have the widest selection of nail colors but they have enough to have options to choose from. The salon is clean and provides a calm environment to relax while being pampered. Definitely recommend. By far my favorite nail salon that I’ve gone to in San Jose.

Went with my friend to get basic manicure. Staff was friendly and patient with us. Music/atmosphere was nice. Open after 7 on a weeknight! Able to find a parking spot and walk-in appointment with no trouble. Would have been 4 stars if I had gotten a hand massage, like my friend did, for my $12. Price is reasonable, but i could lotion up my hands and put on nail polish for a similar effect…

Great nail salon. I switched to Hollywood Nails just in the last few months. Angie is my favorite for pedicures but they all do a really good job. The price is about $5 less than my previous salon. Service is excellent overall. The owner is very gracious and it is a calm atmosphere. Love that.

Worst service, made an appointment for two at 1:45. They started working on my friend at 2 and worked on me 25 minutes later, when I specifically made an appointment for the same time. Mai took 2.5 hours to put on white tips, which at the end looked horrible. You could still see the fake nail under the white powder. She charged me $50 and was shocked when I said no tip. Why would I tip if I had bumps from the gel being clumped. Worst nail job ever. Would not recommend it. For my friend she got acrylic, and her nail also had bumps from the clunped polish. Horrible service

I LOVE this nail salon. I’ve been to many around South and East Bay and nothing compares to the service offered at Hollywood Nails. I needed a nail repair to my big toe, which also hurt. They were very quick and gentle. I had shellac done to both toes and nails and even had a complimentary parrafin treatment! In and out in less than 2 hrs for a complicated fix. I will definitely come back here again.
