Very disappointed today with the service, Tammy did my nails (or at least that’s what the heat lamp she was using said) and they look terrible. She rushed because she wanted to do another ladies pedicure and my nails are very poorly done. If you come here I’d suggest making an appointment with a specific technician as they do have some really great people.

we’ll just wanna share that i don’t recall anyone else or myself spending 60+ dollars for some normal french tips. yes the man took his time with it and still came out fat looking and not too good but that’s fine. french tips was something normal i wanted. nothing professional or crazy. but charged me 60 plus dollars??? they literally robbed me. i’m a very young adult and i felt taken advantage of due to that factor. never again

I started going here because someone recommended Hollywood Nails to me and I got my nails done with Ne and she did such a good job, i’m literally in love with my nails and she’s so sweet! I also got my pedicure done by Kevin and he did a really good job as well and is just as nice. Also gives good massages lol! I will definitely keep going here from now on and I recommend everyone to book appointments with those two.

They are really pushy. Had to go back in get them clean polish. They did do a good preded care. There was no toilet paper in bathroom are towels to dry hands. Pedicure, Manicure

Worst experience in a nail salon ever. I’m from Houston & was out here working & needed to stop somewhere close by for my lunch break to get my nails done. I started w/one color powder & it was clumping so we went with another color. Turns out it was the nail tech, not everyone here can do nails. I sat in the chair for over an hour just to go through this before they finally had another tech fix my nails. By time they were finally done I have been here for almost 2 hours & after all that they only offered me a $7 discount. Don’t waste your time or money. Unless you get the guy…he fixed my nails!

I been coming here for a few years and I usually like this place but here lately they seem so rushed all the time which in turn makes you feel rushed. I got a 50.00 pedicure today and she did it in 15 minutes flat which doesn’t include her painting them but I always get this pedi and always feel like so relaxed and feel like I had a pedicure when I walk out. Did not feel that way today, she would wipe on a cream and wipe it off as soon as she put it on. I said that was a speed pedicure she laughed and said yes. The guy that did my nails took his time and did a great job. I spend a lot of money here and don’t expect to be rushed. Guess I will be looking for a new nail shop.

The crappiest Gel “Manicure” ever. It was sloppy and messy and when I asked the girl to clean around the nails, she tried to file and cut the polish off. Poor customer service. The first girl didn’t want to do my young daughters manicure because she wanted to do the gel manicure instead.so someone better did my daughter’s basic manicure. Over priced and poor service. Do NOT recommend ever. Won’t ever return

I can honestly say this place did an excellent job on my nails! They’re reasonably priced (my acrylics cost me a total of $33) and the service was exceptional! Honestly its one of the best manicures I’ve gotten in quite a while, and that says something because I’m admittedly picky.
